Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 4 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7:30 am–4 pm. Note that it does not open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Dr. Zina A. I was a patient of Dr. Berry's and had nothing but ongoing issues that lasted for years. She put a new crown on that kept falling off repeatedly in the 1st year. Come to find out, she filed my real tooth down so small that a crown could no longer hold on it. After going back to have said crown cemented on 4-5x in the first year, I was told I needed a dental implant which costed me over $5k in addition to the crown. Another crown done by Dr. Berry has since fallen off in less than 2 years time. The quality of work completed by Dr. Berry is beyond poor and leaves me questioning how she made it through dental school.

I've been a patient of Dr Berry for over 7 years. I have to say that I've never had a bad experience with anyone in the office. I've had extensive dental work done and have nothing but praise for Dr. Berry and her staff. If you're looking for a good dentist who will listen to your concerns then by all means give them a call.

I've always had positive experiences at Berry Good Dental. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The space is clean and well-organized. I have had my teeth cleaned ~3 times, received two fillings, and recently had my first root canal, all at Berry Good. Zina is pleasant, confident, and caring. Her work is top-notch. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars: I had a tooth that was bothering me for a while that I initially believed to be a tooth that recently had a cavity filled. I told the dental hygienist cleaning my teeth about this issue, and she mentioned an X-ray, but it never happened because the dentist suggested (a) I get a mouth guard because my grinding habit could be causing the sensitivity, and (b) I just get that tooth re-filled with a base. The day of the re-filling, I realized that the pain wasn't coming from the tooth they were preparing to re-fill, it was the one next to it. I mentioned this to the dental hygienist, but I was also questioning whether I was going crazy/my nerves were making me lose my mind just prior to the local anesthetic. She said "Well, we'll re-fill this one and if it isn't the problem, we'll check out the other one." As I walked out post-filling,

Both of my appointments I had with the dentist, I had to wait because the one tech and doctor were running late. I was forced to get 2 cleanings in a month or the doctor wouldn't see me. Then, Dr Berry told me I had 4 cavities, and she would have to remove an old filling and put a CROWN on my tooth, $500 just for the crown. Dr Berry actually cancelled an appointment on ME because I was five minutes late to my cleaning, even though I still had to wait in the waiting room because the tech wasn't even ready!!! Unprofessional, lie about what it actually needed because they are trying to just make money. I went to Dr Saini on Taft Road and she basically told me I had 2 cavities that needed filling, and I definitely did NOT need a crown. What a waste of time and money Berry Good Dental was.

I've never written a review before but my experience here was so horrendous that it needs to be shared to hopefully prevent this happening to others. I originally was very impressed with the staff and the technology at my first appointment. I came back to get my wisdom tooth out and that's where the problems started. I was never told what was actually going to happen during the procedure. The procedure itself was incredibly painful. I have a small jaw and I felt like they were going to pull my joint apart. When I mentioned this, I was ignored. After the procedure I did everything they told me to take care of the wound. After a couple days I was in unbearable pain. I couldn't eat or sleep. I finally called the emergency line on Saturday, 4 days after the extraction, and the recording said they'd call back in 2 hours. I didn't hear anything until the next day. Even then they told me to wait until Tuesday because Dr. Barry wouldn't be in until then. What's the point of having an emergency line if it's not monitored and you tell your patients to wait until the doctor is in.... So I went in on Tuesday and asked if it was a dry socket because I had been desperately googling trying to fig
